Sports education is a growing business in China, which this company is developing professionally. The growing, internationally composed team of more than 10 foreign coaches from Italy, Spain, England, India, Serbia and Canada, provide a fully English speaking and multicultural environment.
The company cooperates with roughly 100 schools with thousands of kids enrolled and a constantly growing number. The young company is officially recognized as a postgraduate internship from the Sport Science faculty of the University of Bologna, UniBo. They are looking for motivated interns with a passion for Sport, keen to develop China’s next generation of football superstars and support their growing business.

Assistant Manager in Chengdu
Internship Description:
- Assist the Operations, – and Education Manager on a daily basis
- Report to other departments
- Scheduling and carrying out Project Management tasks
- Provide on-going training for employees
- Ensure the smooth communication between departments
- Supervise and support on-going projects, events and trainings
Requirements:
- Business, Management or related major preferred
- Professional, structured working attitude
- Able to work in an international team
- Team player but also bale to work independently
- Open Office proficiency
- Able to perform multi-tasking
- Deadline driven
- Able to adapt to an fast pace environment
- Willingness to travel
The position might involve short business trips
