They are extremely successful and have a great and steadily incerasing amount of customer feedback. Interns will have the opportunity to help them with customer support for the European and North American market, improve feedback and get involved in social media marketing and related activities.

IT and Customer Support Internship

Job Description:

  • Interact with customers from overseas markets
  • Reply to international customer enquiries
  • Manage the company´s Facebook fan page
  • Other social media related tasks
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Contribute your own ideas to new game development
  • Translate and copywrite English documents


  • Good IT-skills
  • An interest in mobile gaming
  • Native English Speaker preferred
  • Mandarin skills a plus
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Familiar with Social Media Management and Marketing (particularly Facebook / Twitter)
