The Zhuhai based hotel has 332 guest rooms, and six dining outlets, including Japanese, Chinese and International cuisine.

Internship Description: Food and Beverage Management Trainee

  • Assist the Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Restaurants in administering the operations of the Restaurants, Lounge, Banqueting and Conference to meet all the high hotel standards
  • To maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to achieve guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins amongst all outlets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months work experience in hospitality or similar field, preferred
  • Strong communication and hospitality skills
  • Major or diploma in hospitality, travel management, or similar subject
