Internship Description: Food and Beverage Management Trainee
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Restaurants in administering the operations of the Restaurants, Lounge, Banqueting and Conference to meet all the high hotel standards
- To maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to achieve guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins amongst all outlets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months work experience in hospitality or similar field, preferred
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Major or diploma in hospitality, travel management, or similar subject
