Internship Description

At the position of HR Intern, you will assist admin and HR tasks, which include, but not limited to:

● Manage, update the employees’ data on internal systems;
● Follow up employees’ labour contracts/ documents & file them in hard and soft file;
● Assist to calculate monthly timesheet and overtime allowance;
● Manage internal training agreements and performance appraisal;
● Assist to hold internal events and CSR events;
● Contact with the government (Labor dept, Social insurance dept, tax dept… to submit monthly reports);
● Arrange interviews & prepare interview documents as per requests by Talent Acquisition & Development Executive;
● Assist Talent Acquisition & Development Executive to clean up internal HR systems;
● Assist to coordinate & organize recruitment activities/ events with partners.
● Assist with the development of internal and external training materials


● Fresh graduate, Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields;
● Desire to learn
● Good English communication;
● Good use of office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint …);
● Planning and time management skills;
● Good interpersonal communication skills;
