Junior Customer Experience Consultant Intern

Internship Description:

Possible tasks and projects include:

  • Working on various Research documents for the Board, the Management team and the Tech team
  • Cleaning and improving our French/UK database on Hubspot for consulting training and Tech
  • Creating competitive analysis for £1M fundraising
  • Gathering & presenting user data from the host company database in the form of internal reports & external presentations to assist their consultants in their management of accounts
  • Tracking account changes and notifying management of important changes among the users of our digital tool
  • These include, for example, finished surveys, new sign-ups, new group formation, and other KPI-related metrics
  • Identifying feedback-related inputs from the team in internal communications and relay these to Product Management to help assist in the process of development prioritization and bug solving
  • Assisting Product Management with roadmap design, while receiving and communicating inputs from the Product Manager based on strategy and vision

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • Rigor, reliability, responsiveness, creativity, and autonomy
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, HubSpot, project management, and collaborative tools – technology-oriented in general
  • 2nd language advantageous (particularly French)
  • Good at multi-tasking/Teamwork, see consulting as a possible career, coming from a top Grandes Ecoles in UK/France or US
  • Curriculum: 3rd year and above in business/marketing schools, university (management/management sciences, education sciences, human sciences, for example)
