Their skillset covers marketing, commercial and operations: Strategy, Online Acquisition (SEO / Content strategy, SEA), Hiring & Training sales teams, Sales operations (B2C / B2B), Employer of Record (EoR), Support-as-a-Service to support clients as there international sales grow.

Role: Recruitment Assistant Internship

Internship Description:

  • Opportunity for a candidate ideally with an HR background, or strong interest in moving into this area of work
  • Look for candidates, post job adverts, and eventually conduct first interviews
  • Translate/create job descriptions on behalf of clients
  • Be the owner of the talent sourcing methodology – ie defining the process, operations, tools and results
  • Implement and run the sourcing of candidates for positions in the DACH region
  • Create screening frameworks & screen candidates
  • Eventually, independently conduct interviews and own the process until the end of the recruitment process


  • HR background, or keen interest in HR
  • Ideally German native speaker, but also welcome strong English/French speakers
  • Take the initiative

  • Tenacity to follow up with individuals
