Internship Position
Sport Academy Programming Operation Assistant (Basketball/Football/Dancing)
Internship Description
● Assist Head Coach to deliver high quality programs and classes, tracking program participation and supervise equipment usage
● Assist Head Coach in building lesson plan
● Work with kids and parents on court.
● Assist on planning, organizing and executing events/tournaments.
● Coach up to 15 – 20 hours/week including implementing lesson plans according to program curriculum.
● Support in competition structure implementation.
Requirements
● Sport coaching experience or related certification highly preferred
● English speaking fluency
● Excellent communication skills
● Proactive mind set
● Full understanding of the rules of specific sport
● Positive “can do” attitude
● Effective conflict management
