Internship Description:

HR Training Assistant Internship

  • Design and deliver Cross-culture &English workshop under the guidance and support from the Learning & Development team
  • Analyze learning needs and design and organize English training accordingly, e.g. design questionnaire, conduct interviews, compose report, etc.
  • Lead toastmaster club 1-2 times a week – practice public speaking skills with Chinese staff (various topics, e.g. culture, politics, current affairs, etc.)
  • Conduct small group or 1 on 1 English coaching session for engineers
  • Conduct intercultural training to enhance understanding of and communication with US colleagues

Requirements:

  • Open to all Majors
  • Native English speaker from North America preferred
  • Excellent oral &written communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation skill
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Outgoing and sociable
  • Able to work out schedule independently (English classes, cultural training, activities, etc.)
  • Skillful at MS-Office
