By providing an online platform for both designers and suppliers, the company is aiming to expend it´s market scope in China by connecting customers and designers equally. Their motive is to provide a high service level and outstanding quality products at a reasonable price. Furthermore the company intensifies and fosters the social media awareness about above mentioned design concepts.
Internship Description:
- Assist and support the Design and Marketing Managers
- Set up multiple network channels
- Identify, communicate with and select fitting partner agencies abroad
- Assist the Marketing Department throughout the on-boarding process of new partner companies
- Writing articles about Nordic & Scandinavian designs, concepts and designers
- Research and collect information from Nordic countries about interior designing
- Website content management
- Social Media Marketing
- Support and contribute to the work of the Design Department
- Create customised illustrations and designs for customers.
- Correspondence and communication with foreign suppliers and customers
- Represent the company at fairs and events
Requirements:
- Design, Journalism/PR or related major preferred
- Able to work in an international team
- Able to work independently
- Motivated and open-minded personality
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced design software skills
- Photoshop skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus
- Professional working attitude
- Personal interest in Nordic Design and style
Duration: 2-6 months
