Business Development Internship
Internship Description:
This internship will be a highly rewarding experience that will offer significant opportunities for collaboration between the intern and our firm’s management. The main task of this intern, among others, will be to help our business development team develop plans for our firm’s expansion into new markets, namely the United Kingdom.
During their time with our firm, the selected intern will:
- Identify key processes for establishing a foreign business in European markets
- Develop a business launch strategy for new markets
- Identify and catalog of prospective clients
- Conceptualize and define new products and services fit for the market
- Develop a client relations development strategy for European markets including an approach for attracting new clients and engaging with existing clients in new markets
- Support the development of an online marketing strategy

- Excellent organization and management skills
- Ability to define and articulate a clear strategic vision
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to delegate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change rapidly
- Can set and adhere to strict deadlines
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
- Basic competence with Google AdWords or other marketing platforms would be an advantage
- Familiarity of Adobe Design (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) products is a desired, but not required
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc. is valued but not required
- Preference will be given to candidates who show a strong interest in politics, international affairs, and/or public security
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish and other language skills are desirable but not required
