Programme Components
An internship is the best way to gain exposure in your chosen field. And our online programmes will provide you with the key industry, digital and communication skills you need to succeed in any remote workplace. You’ll attend meetings remotely, work with industry-specific software, and use what you’ve learnt at university to make decisions that have a real impact.
We work with hundreds of fantastic companies around the world, from big crypto consultancies to sustainability start-ups, who are ready and waiting to share their knowledge and show you the ropes. Your internship supervisor will oversee your placement and offer professional support throughout the programme, alongside Pagoda’s friendly in-country team.
Our team will go to great lengths to source opportunities that match your personal preferences. You can review each position and company individually to decide which internships you’d like to apply for. We’ll help you with your CV, cover letter and organise interviews to set you up properly for success.

The Online Skills Courses
Our online skills courses focus on Employability, Digital Competency and Intercultural Fluency. They’ll provide you with the skills and agility needed for a global and ever-changing workplace. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate to keep, post on LinkedIn and show to future employers.

A unique way to share cultures
As part of this programme, you’ll be paired with a cultural mentor from one of our amazing in-country destinations. Your mentor will check in regularly and provide current topics for you both to discuss. This improves your intercultural awareness and cross-communication skills, which are integral for working in a global organisation.
Maximising your exposure to different cultures will make you feel comfortable when collaborating with future colleagues and external partners. It will also bridge barriers and connect you with other students or graduates around the world.

Our internships are designed to improve your industry skills and knowledge in eight key areas.
