Taekwondo class in Zhuhai
Recently I joined a teakwondo class in Zhuhai and it was amazing fun and professional. I realized that I can also let our interns know about it maybe see if they are happy interested into joining the class. Chole and Chelsea from Manchester joined me for two weeks and they told me that it was a fantastic experience for them. I think it is a good place for future interns to practice some taekwondo when they come to Zhuhai. Also, it is not expensive at all.
The taekwondo school (Shun Jie) has more than 10 professional teachers and every class they divide into different teams to teach different levels of students. There are mainly three parts to teach: kicking, boxing and self-defense.
There are a lot of different methods of kicking, such as crescent kick, front kick, cut down kick, back spinning kick and some other difficult techniques. It is very important for you to know how to kick accurately. You learn how to keep your balance when you kick and how to do some kicking combinations.
The first position of taekwondo is more focused on actual combat. They teach you how to punch and protect yourself at the same time.
They also help you to do some muscular training before and after the class.
Zhuhai is a very safe place and you should never have to use your new skills when you are here, but is is always better to be safe than sorry in the future!
If you want to join us just come to Zhuhai!
